That-clause for instruction
In formal english a group of verbs and objective that are used to comment, suggest, request, demand, express urgency or necessity, etc are commonly followed by that clause with the bare initiative as its verb,
S1 + verb (SUGGEST, RECOMMEND,DEMAND,REQUEST,INSIST,URGE,ASK, REQUIRE, PREFER) +THAT + S2 + SHOULD VERB 1/ BE
EX. I SUGGEST THAT YOU STAY HOME TONIGHT.
I RECOMMEND THAT YOUR FATHER STOP SMOKING
IT'S + ADJECTIVE ( important,urgent,necessary,essential,imperative,a good, idea) + that +S2 + (should )verb 1/ BE
Ex. It's necessary that you be here on time.
It's a good idea that you be there last night
It's important that mr Joko have a bussiness degree for his job
